How pieces reach you, and what happens if something goes wrong. A working template; have it reviewed before you rely on it.
Free. You're welcome to collect your piece from the atelier in Antwerp, by appointment. I'll email you to arrange a time once the piece is ready.
There are no fixed shipping rates. Every piece is a different size and weight, and larger pieces need specialist transport. I quote delivery per piece, based on the object and the destination, before you commit. Just ask and I'll give you a price.
Pieces available in the atelier can be collected or shipped straight away. Made-to-order and reserved pieces are built by hand, so I give you a realistic timeline per piece, usually a few weeks. You'll always know where your piece is.
If a piece arrives damaged, email me within 48 hours with photos and I'll sort it out, either a repair or a replacement where the piece allows.
For finished, in-stock pieces bought at a distance, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Made-to-order, personalised and commissioned pieces are excluded from that right. Reserved pieces follow the deposit terms. The full detail is in the Terms & Conditions.
